2017-18 Annual Report
The Scottish Sentencing Council’s third Annual Report was submitted to the Cabinet Secretary for Justice on Wednesday 19 September. It was subsequently laid before Parliament on Tuesday 25 September.
Causing death by driving offences - Literature review
Dr Rachel McPherson and Professor Cyrus Tata, from the Centre for Law, Crime & Justice at Strathclyde University, were commissioned by the Scottish Sentencing Council to carry out a literature review examining current sentencing practice and knowledge around causing death by driving offences.

Applications now invited to fill two positions on Scottish Sentencing Council
